— My Story

Hey there, I'm Natalie!

I'm a Holistic Health & Fitness Coach and I'm all about helping women make lasting, positive changes to their health and overall well-being.

I've been through it too – dealing with gut problems and wonky hormones that messed with my mental health for a good ten years. I spent loads of time and money trying to figure things out, only to come up empty-handed.

 

Looking back, I really wished I had someone who understood my struggle and could've shown me the way. That's why I decided to put my knowledge to good use and help others.

My main goal is to empower women who are going through similar stuff and help them find the health and happiness they truly deserve.

 

I've been in their shoes, so I get what they're going through. I want to save them from going around in circles like I did for way too long.
